Global Warming

The myth of Man Made Global Warming (MMGW) has suffered so many setbacks during the past year that we thought it worthwhile to give it its own space on this website.

So, when you are debating MMGW with your family, friends, or with any follower of the Cult of MMGW, here is the place where you can come to get the facts .

Here is a list of stories to which you will find links included in the information below:

  • UN Climate Chief was told of false glacier claims before Copenhagen
  • Scientists broke law by hiding climate change data: But legal loophole means the won’t be prosecuted
  • Scientists using selective temperature data, skeptics say
  • World misled over Himalayan glacier meltdown
  • Copenhagen climate summit: 1200 limos, 140 private planes and caviar wedges
  • A database of the East Anglia emails that sparked Climategate

UN Climate Chief was told of false glacier claims before Copenhagen

Rajendra Pachaur, the UN’s climate chief knew that the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change assessment that the glaciers would disappear by 2035 was wrong.  Pachaur kept the truth secret at Copenhagen in an obvious attempt to perpetuate the myth that is MMGW.

Scientists broke law by hiding climate change data: But legal loophole means they won’t be prosecuted

The headline tells the story but here is quote from the article…

Scientist at the heart of the ‘Climategate’ email scandal broke the law when they refused to give raw data to the public, the privacy watchdog has ruled.

Scientists using selective temperature data, skeptics say

Two American researchers allege that U.S. government scientists have skewed global temperature trends by ignoring readings from thousands of local weather stations around the world, particularly those in colder altitudes and more northerly latitudes, such as Canada.

This paragraph from the article describes it well.

World misled over Himalayan glacier meltdown

The UN has been using the disappearing Himalayan glaciers as an example of MMGW gone wild.  The problem is that the Himalayan glaciers are not disappearing.

The UN has known that they are not disappearing but that has not kept the UN from trying to deceive the world into thinking just the opposite.  Maybe the billions being spent on the myth of MMGW are influencing what the UN has been telling the world?

Copenhagen climate summit: 1200 limos, 140 private planes and caviar wedges

A quote from the UK’s Telegraph Online…

Copenhagen is preparing for the climate change summit that will produce as much carbon dioxide as a town the size of Middlesbrough.

Yes, the elitists that attended the Copenhagen summit (hoping to restrict living for everyone else in the world) travelled and dined in style.  A funny way to act for a group of people that believe the world is in peril.  Do they really expect us to take them seriously?

MMGW is a tool that the elitists hope to use to force everyone else in the world into living meager, limited lifestyles.  They want us to bicycle to the train station, eat rice and beans, and live in green-freindly boxes stacked one on top of another while they jet around in their private planes, eat steak and caviar while living on estates in multiple homes (most of which have a carbon footprint greater then several homes like those that the rest of the world inhabit).

A database of the East Anglia emails that sparked Climategate

This website (http://www.eastangliaemails.com/) categorizes the leaked data that spawned Climategate.

A quote from the site explains it better then I could…

On 20 November 2009, emails and other documents, apparently originating from with the Climate Research Unit (CRU) at the University of East Anglia.

The authenticity of these emails has been confirmed by most of the relevant parties including the CRU at Univeristy of East Anglia and many of the authors. These emails contain some quite surprising and even disappointing insights into what has been happening within the climate change scientific establishment. Worryingly this same group of scientists are very influential in terms of economic and social policy formation around the subject of climate change.

This a very informative site.  All of the data that initiated Climategate is displayed in all of its infamous glory.  Its creator deserves a lot of credit for the work he/she did.

Hackers target leading climate research unit

Here is a story from the BBC back when the Climategate scandal broke.  This is a quote from the story…

The e-mail system of one of the world’s leading climate research units has been breached by hackers.

E-mails reportedly from the University of East Anglia’s Climatic Research Unit (CRU), including personal exchanges, appeared on the internet on Thursday.

Very low solar activity causes some to speculate about a new Dalton Minimum

Solar activity is slowing down and (according to Phil Jones, a lead scientist in the field of global warming) the Earth is in a cooling trend.  Who knows, in a few years men might be trying to find ways to heat the Earth.

According to Wikipedia, the Dalton Minimum was a period of low solar activity stretching from 1790 to 1830. Like other long period solar minimums such as the Maunder Minimum and the Sporer Minimum, it resulted in crop failures, lower than average global temperatures, and little ice age conditions in the Northern Hemisphere.

Mars melt hints at solar, not human cause for warming, scientist says

Hmmm… the ice caps on Mars have been shrinking just like those on Earth.  It doen’t sound unreasonable to suspect the Sun is responsible since it is about the only thing the two planets have in common in regards to variables that affect climate.

Of course this might prove the existence of life on Mars.  Leaders of the Cult of MMGW want us to believe that only man can be responsible (despite the fact that men produce only a very small percentage of the amount of carbon found in the Earth’s atmosphere) for global warming.  Why should we believe that global warming on Mars might be caused by anything except martians?  Oh yeah… there isn’t billions of dollars at stake when it comes to warming on the red planet.

Simultaneous warming on Earth and Mars suggests that our planet’s recent climate changes have a natural—and not a human-induced—cause, according to one scientist’s controversial theory.
